  • Delivery times vary depending on your location, but in most cases you can expect your order to arrive within 9-15 business days after it has been shipped.

  • Due to high demand, orders may be delayed during the holiday season. 

Transportation service providers

  • For international orders, please note that customs or import duties may apply. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Currently we ship to addresses in the European Union, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland and Norway.

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes, so please provide a physical address and phone number for shipping.

Lost or damaged items

  • Although we take great care in packaging and shipping your order, sometimes unexpected events can occur. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service at info@kiddokid.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will help you resolve the problem.
